Printed.com, one of the UK’s top online print specialists, has announced a significant upgrade to its labels and stickers division. The company has installed a Titanium 330 R Digital Label Cutter and a Konica Minolta AccurioLabel 230 label press.

The investment, facilitated by International Graphic Supplies (IGS), marks a new chapter in the long-standing relationship between the two companies.

Titanium engineered the 330 R for high-productivity environments. Equipped with nine cutting blades working in tandem, the system achieves a 35% increase in production speed over previous models. The machine provides a complete end-to-end finishing solution. It performs cold lamination, digital diecutting, waste weeding (stripping), and slitting in a single pass. Furthermore, specialized slitting knives transform wide-web rolls into multiple individual finished label rolls, ready for immediate dispatch.

While the Titanium unit is a new addition to the label line, the technology is a staple within Printed.com’s facility. In addition, the company currently operates two Titanium 2516 large-format flatbed cutters, which have been instrumental in its wide format print and packaging workflows.

Peter Flynn, managing director of IGS, says, “We are delighted to support Printed.com once again as they expand their production capabilities. We have a long-standing relationship with the team and having seen the success they’ve achieved with their two existing Titanium 2516 flatbed cutters. It was a natural progression to integrate the Titanium 330 R into their new label department. It’s a testament to the reliability and ROI that the Titanium range delivers.”

The synergy between the Konica Minolta digital press and the IGS-supplied cutter allows Printed.com to bypass the delays of traditional die-making. This digital-first approach means complex kiss-cut labels can be produced on demand.

David Duncan, production director of Printed.com, adds, “We are continuously investing in technology so our customers can achieve more with their branding. The short-run label market is incredibly vibrant right now, and the addition of the AccurioLabel 230 and the Titanium 330 R ensures we can deliver the precision, quality, and flexibility that today’s market demands. We have successfully transitioned these systems into full-scale production, and the results speak for themselves. The output is consistently excellent, maintaining high-fidelity quality while stripping away the operational friction that typically hinders traditional label production.”
